this hotel became my happy place! the artwork throughout the hotel created a unique and inspiring environment. the quality linen and towels provided a luxurious touch , especially welcome after long days. the parking garage was so convenient, giving me peace of mind about my car's safety. i really appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the metro.

i found the bathroom sink to be quite small , , made washing my face a bit challenging without splashing water everywhere.

the staff was very friendly and helpful . i found the gym to be well-equipped (it had everything i needed). the hotel also has a cute restaurant on site.

The bathroom sink was quite small. Washing my face proved difficult without water splashing everywhere. the hotel toiletries were minimal (i expected more). i found the breakfast to be somewhat lacking in quantity.

The sink situation was bad. I mean, the sink was so small, washing my face resulted in a flooded bathroom floor. Seems like someone forgot basic plumbing when designing this place. they seemed stingy with breakfast extras. I understand the hotel rates are high but charging for a bit of extra food? That's just cheap.

the location was very convenient, with two metro stations and bus stops within walking distance. a good breakfast buffet was available. i was able to get dinner at the restaurant at 9.45 pm when i arrived on a late evening flight. the bar stayed open until 11.30 pm and i enjoyed a nightcap there.

i checked in late for one night and had already prepaid the room. i provided my amex for city tax and incidentals at the front desk when i checked in. about an hour later, i started getting alerts from amex about charges on french men's clothing websites and delta airlines.
